Studio Etiquette
- Pilates classes are practiced in bare feet, please remove shoes before entering the studio & place in shoes in tray.
- Please be courteous to other clients
- Do not bring children to the studio.
- Wear comfortable clothing with No zippers or metal accessories.
- Refrain from wearing strong fragrances at the studio.
- Cancellation Policy - a 24-hour advance notice is required to prevent being charged for your session
